MCA provides a full suite of planning and production services for any corporate event, including venue sourcing, catering, entertainment, lighting, staging and audio/visual equipment and setup. Our team of experts has created successful fundraisers, fashion shows, sporting events, retreats, seminars, holiday parties and numerous other corporate outings and celebrations. We can work with you to craft an event with exactly the right tone and atmosphere you desire — from sophisticated and elegant moods and settings to increasingly added levels of energy and fun.
Private event services are delivered through our “M.C. Alex Entertainment Group” brand, a unique sub-brand under MCA’s overall umbrella of services. Here we create exceptional event experiences ranging from traditional celebrations like wedding parties and sweet 16’s to virtually anything you can image.
A great party doesn’t happen because of a photo booth or party favors. It’s the music! And it’s by bringing the fun with phenomenal DJs, MCs and dancers — the kind of professional entertainers who have a passion for getting the party started, interacting with guests, and keeping the energy electric until the last song ends. (No kids in costumes — all of our entertainers are over 21 years of age and trained professionals in their crafts.)
How We Work
As soon as you find yourself in the role of event planner, give us a call or contact us using the form below. We’ll start by guiding you through the event production process. Then we’ll discuss your needs and go over the optional ways that we can help. This can range from planning and producing every detail from soup to nuts, to just pitching in on specific areas you have special needs in. It’s entirely up to you. Of course we’ll also go over your budget and ensure an approach that keeps you comfortably within it.
Once we’re on the same page with a preliminary understanding of the services you need, we’ll create an account for you and your event here at our site (see Your Event). You can login to your account to check off detailed services you want from us for your event, and list any special considerations important for us to keep track of throughout our project together. This is a handy way to help you stay on top of your event planning. As your ideas evolve, you simply update your event profile and together we ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
